ARTICLE 01
Use of this website
These Terms govern your use of the CoreLedger Studio website. Any website development, app development, consulting, or custom project work we provide is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, contract, or service agreement. If there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will take priority.
ARTICLE 02
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this website belongs to CoreLedger Studio. This includes text, branding, visuals, design elements, and other original material published on the site. You may not copy, republish, reproduce, or reuse material from this website for commercial purposes without written permission. Where project work is carried out for clients, ownership and transfer of rights will be set out in the relevant project agreement.
ARTICLE 03
Project enquiries
Submitting a contact form or project enquiry does not create a contract between you and CoreLedger Studio. A project only begins once both sides agree the scope of work and a formal agreement is in place. We reserve the right to decline enquiries or projects based on fit, availability, or other business reasons.
ARTICLE 04
Project terms
The exact scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities for any client work will be confirmed in writing before a project begins. This website does not guarantee availability, delivery times, or acceptance of any specific project. Any ongoing support, maintenance, hosting, or third-party service arrangements will be covered separately where relevant.
ARTICLE 05
Third-party services
This website and some client projects may rely on third-party platforms, tools, or providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or other issues caused by third-party services that we do not control. Where third-party services are part of a client project, their use may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
ARTICLE 06

The content on this website, including articles and insights, is provided for general information only. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or suitable for every situation. You should not rely on website content as legal, financial, or specialist professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreLedger Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law. Any liability relating to paid client work will be governed by the relevant signed agreement.
ARTICLE 08
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
