Services FAQs

Scope, delivery, and what we build.

Business websites, restaurant websites with booking systems, online shops, web applications, dashboards, and mobile apps.

We build on WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, and React depending on what the project needs. No page builders, no off-the-shelf themes. Have a look at our services or portfolio to see what we've built

Yes. We build ecommerce stores on Shopify and WooCommerce. We don't use off-the-shelf themes - everything is built custom so the store is fast, easy to manage, and doesn't break every time something updates. Take a look at our Shopify and WordPress pages for more detail.

Yes. We build internal dashboards, workflow tools, admin panels, and operational systems for businesses that need something custom. If what you need is closer to invoicing or booking management, we'd point you to CoreInvoice or Reservations first - saves you the build cost.

It depends on the project. For websites we typically use WordPress or Next.js.

For web applications and dashboards we use React and Next.js.

For mobile apps we use React Native.

For online shops we use Shopify.

We pick what fits the project best - not what's trendy. You can see more on our services page.

Honestly, it varies quite a bit. A clean business website starts from around £2,000. If you need a booking system, an online shop, or something more custom, it goes up from there - but we'll always tell you what it costs before anything starts. Fill in the enquiry form and we'll come back with a straight number based on what you actually need.

Enquiry FAQs

Process, timelines, and what happens next.

We read it properly and come back to you within a few days. If we need more context before suggesting a call, we'll ask.

No automated responses, no sales funnel - just a real reply from someone who actually read what you sent.

See how we work for more on the process.

Both. Some clients come with a detailed brief, others with just a rough idea of what they need.

Either is fine - we'll help you figure out the scope and what it would take to build it.

You don't need a polished document to get in touch. See our portfolio for examples of what we've delivered."

Yes. If confidentiality matters to you, mention it in your first message and we'll sort an NDA before any detailed discussion.

We treat everything shared with us as confidential by default anyway.

Yes. Most clients stay with us after launch for updates, improvements, and general maintenance.

We're easy to reach and we already know your project inside out - so changes are quicker and cheaper than starting fresh with someone new.

A straightforward website is usually ready in four to six weeks. A more complex build - a web application, custom booking system, or Shopify store with integrations - typically takes eight to twelve weeks.

We'll give you a realistic timeline before we start, not an optimistic one we can't hit.

About FAQs

How we work and who we are.

We build websites, web applications, and digital tools for small and medium-sized businesses. We also build and run two products of our own - CoreInvoice for invoicing and Reservations for restaurant bookings. Studio clients get both free for 2 months.

Learn more about us.

Both. We handle design and development together - so the site looks right and works properly. This includes UI design, branding, and logo work where needed.

Yes. Most of our work is done remotely and we have clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Time zones haven't been a problem - we keep communication clear and async-friendly.

Small and medium-sized businesses, restaurants, online shops, startups, and founders. Generally people who want something built properly and are tired of websites that break, load slowly, or need a developer every time something small needs changing.

We're based between Bournemouth in the UK and Marbella in Spain. Most of our work is done remotely so location isn't a limitation - we work with clients across the UK and internationally.

We deliberately keep our client list small so every project gets proper attention. We're not running a production line - when we take on your project, someone who actually knows what they're doing is working on it, not passing it down to a junior team.

Portfolio FAQs

Case studies, context, and fit.

Yes. Each case study is a real project - delivered to a client or built as one of our own products.

We focus on what was built and why, not just how it looks. Sensitive details are removed where needed, but the work is real.

Yes. Portfolio projects show how we think and what we build - not templates we copy. If something looks like what you need, tell us and we'll talk through what a version of that would look like for your business."

No. We work with restaurants, local businesses, startups, online shops, and service businesses. If you need a website, app, or digital tool built properly - we're likely a good fit regardless of what you do.

Yes. We often take on existing websites and applications that need fixing, improving, or extending. We'll review what you have first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what needs to change.

Contact FAQs

Response time, collaboration, and practical details.

Within a few days. We read every message properly before replying - so the first thing you hear back from us is actually useful, not a generic acknowledgement.

Yes. If it seems like a good fit after your first message, we'll suggest a call - no charge, no commitment. It's just a conversation about what you need and whether we're the right people for it.

Whatever you know at this point is enough. What you're trying to build, what's not working right now, and any deadlines or budget you're working with. You don't need a finished brief - we'll help you figure out the details together.

We keep the scope clear before we start, set realistic milestones, and flag anything unexpected early - before it becomes a problem. You always know where things stand.

CoreInvoice is for anyone who invoices clients - freelancers, small businesses, contractors. You create and send invoices, track payments, and export reports for your accountant. Reservations is for restaurants and hospitality venues - it lets customers book a table online and gives your team a dashboard to manage bookings and guest flow.

Yes. Both CoreInvoice and Reservations come with a 14-day free trial when you sign up independently - no commitment, no card required. Studio clients get two months free access to both as part of any project.
